TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASE OF HOLISTIC PRODUCTS

Amethyst Holistic Training provide the sale of Holistic Products.
We also provide the sale of editable course manuals (the “Course Manuals”) and home study course files (the “Home Study Courses”) referred to collectively as the “Digital Products” which may be purchased through the site. See relevant T&C's here.

The Terms and Conditions on this webpage cover the terms which apply to placing an order for purchase of Holistic Products.
"Holistic Products" are defined as: tumblestones, crystal wands, crystal pendulums, crystal points, crystal kits, any other types of crystal or related products and other holistic items eg essential oils or kits for home study courses on sale in our ‘Shop’.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. The Contract Between Us
Any contract for purchases of Holistic Products made through the website will be with Amethyst Holistic Training. Amethyst Holistic Training must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.
Once payment has been received, Amethyst Holistic Training will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your online order form. The acceptance of your order by Amethyst Holistic Training brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.
Amethyst Holistic Training is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by email. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.

2. Payment Details
Amethyst Holistic Training accepts payment by PayPal and by credit/debit card via the Stripe payment platform. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion.
By providing the details of a credit/debit card or payment account to be debited, you confirm that you are authorised to purchase the Holistic Products and that you have the permission of or are the holder of the credit/debit card, PayPal or other account being used to pay for the transaction. All card payments and cardholder details may be subject to validation checks carried out by us or by the card issuer. If validation checks are required we will not be held liable for any delays or non-delivery nor are we obliged to. In respect of validation checks and authorisation carried out by the card issuer, if the issuer refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery or any bank charges applied to you. We are not obliged to inform you of the reason for refusal.

3. Availability of Goods
If Amethyst Holistic Training has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by Amethyst Holistic Training from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and Amethyst Holistic Training will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. Amethyst Holistic Training will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

4. Purchase of Crystals and related products
Amethyst Holistic Training holds no responsibility for Holistic Products once they are in your care. Crystal wands especially are by nature very delicate and they should be handled with care. Holistic Products broken by yourself shall not be replaced free of charge. If any Holistic Products are broken when you open them on delivery, please notify us immediately by email to rachel@amethystholistictraining You must report this within 48 hours of delivery and send an email with photos of the damaged items.

5. Returns and refunds
If you are not satisfied with an order of Holistic Products from the Shop, you have 28 days to return the item/s for a refund. Return shipping will be paid by you, the customer. Please include your order number, name and address, phone number and reason for return.
7. Discounts and Offers
From time to time Amethyst Holistic Training will run discount codes on our website. To redeem a discount code, the code must be typed in by the customer at the checkout. Discount codes cannot be applied once checkout is completed. Discount codes may only be applied during the stipulated durations. We cannot give the discount unless the code is applied.

8. Events outside of our control
We will not be liable for any failure or delay to perform any of our obligations under a contract for Holistic Products that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.

9. Complaints
If you have any questions or a complaint about Holistic Products provided by us, please contact rachel@amethystholistictraining.co.uk to make your complaint.

10. Confidentiality
Personal information or business information that you supply to Amethyst Holistic Training through the site, other than information that is in the public domain, will be treated confidentially and in line with our Privacy Policy. Confidential information will not be disclosed to any third party, including for the purposes of marketing, without your prior permission. We will only disclose your information if it is necessary for the performance of our services or where so required by the law.

11. Variation
We may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Please ensure that you check for any changes regularly, as you are bound by them if you use this site.

12. Our responsibility to you
You shall be exclusively responsible for your use of the Holistic Products. Amethyst Holistic Training’s liability in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Holistic Products is hereby excluded.

We shall not be liable to you for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to:

Loss of contract.

Amethyst Holistic Training exclude, but only as far as legally possible, all terms and warranties or promises implied by law or by statutes.
Amethyst Holistic Training does not warrant that your use of the site will be uninterrupted. Amethyst Holistic Training is not responsible for any loss or damage you may suffer resulting from any interruptions, errors or the transfer of data and you acknowledge that the site may be subject to limitations, delays and other issues.

Any duty of care owed to you by us is owed to you alone and no duty of care is owed to any third party and we do not assume any responsibility to any third party in respect of the performance of our duties to you.

This agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
